There’s scientific evidence that music can be as powerful in reducing depression, stress, and anxiety as psychotherapy. For thousands of years, mankind has used music. Often it’s been the preserve of the medicine man or shaman, with a transformative, almost magical function. Today, neuroscience enables us to see how music activates every part of the brain you can imagine: language, emotions, memory.
Zendo Stereo is a transcendental listening experience. Using wireless headphones (for full immersion and perfect acoustic placement), air pads (for comfort), sub-bass speakers (for full body sound) and eye masks (to block out all visual input), we guide people thru a 70-minute musical journey that is part musical meditation and part psychedelic experience, bending time and inner space to explore our hidden potential.
Each Zendo Stereo is unique, with a live “3D sound mix” in which the music is manipulated for a one-of-a-kind experience. There are many “flow"-enhancing aspects (neurochemical balance, relaxation & entrancement, enhancement of creativity and intuition, etc…), as well as therapeutic benefits of such a guided deep dive.

TIME: Doors @ 7:00pm | Event @ 7:15–9:00pm
7:00 PM | Doors open—grab your spot and get comfy! Try not to eat a huge meal before coming in, you want to relax laying down, so eat 1 hour before. :)
7:15 PM | Doors close & event starts: with intention setting and a brief talk on the benefits of musical meditation. Once doors close, we can't let anyone else in, so please consider this if you think you can't make it in time. Once the journey begins there is no way to jump in mid-way and it would also disrupt others.
The curated event runs from 7:15 pm to 8:30 pm, then we have 30 minutes to slowly reboot and connect with the people around you.
WHAT TO BRING: A no-spill drinking vessel containing your hydrating substance of choice. We provide headphones, eye mask, air pads, pillows, and blankets. If you have an eye mask you love, bring that too, or else we will provide them.
DRESS CODE: Comfy outfits—we will lie down for the sonic journey.
